FAQ
A few questions before you reach out
Short answers about appointment requests, online-only therapy, fees, first sessions, and crisis resources.
How do I request an appointment?
You can request an appointment through the secure client portal. Before scheduling a full session, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to briefly discuss what you are looking for, answer initial questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Do you offer in-person or online therapy?
I provide online therapy only for adults located anywhere in Washington State.
What insurance do you accept?
I accept private pay, Premera, and Regence, and can provide a superbill upon request. I hold a few sliding-scale spots; please reach out through the secure portal if needed.
What are your private-pay rates?
Initial sessions are $190. Ongoing 55-minute sessions are $150.
What can I expect in the first session?
In the initial session, I learn more about what has been going on for you, what you are hoping will feel different, and how we might work together. We will collaborate on what therapy can look like going forward.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I am currently offering individual therapy sessions. I do not offer family or couples therapy.
What if I am in crisis?
This practice is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
